SHILAJIT Himalaya

SHILAJIT, also known as Hỉ Lai Chi or plant resin, is a precious herbal substance mentioned in the Vedas (Ayurveda), which is the ancient medicinal knowledge of India over 5,000 years old.

Shilajit is a natural substance formed from plant matter that has been compressed between layers of rock over millions to billions of years, since the formation of the mountains on Earth. It accumulates minerals and transforms into a viscous resin, which can be either black or dark reddish-brown in color. During the summer, as the temperature rises, the resin seeps out from the cracks in the rocks, and when it dries, it resembles DRIED BLOOD.

Long ago, the people of the Himalayas observed that white monkeys often licked something black on the mountains. After a period of observation, they realized that the monkeys that consumed more Shilajit were healthier, more intelligent, and lived longer than the others. Inspired by this behavior, the local people began to imitate the monkeys, climbing perilous cliffs to gather Shilajit. After a period of using this herb, many discovered its rapid health benefits, its ability to enhance cognitive function, and boost physical strength. The locals soon recognized that they were in possession of a remarkable treasure. Later, modern scientific research also revealed that Shilajit is one of the most nutrient-rich herbs on the planet. The nutrients found in Shilajit, such as humic acid and fulvic acid, are all natural components.  Laboratory analyses of Shilajit have shown that the minerals it contains are easily absorbed and highly compatible with the human body, harmonizing with the endocrine system. Studies and analyses indicate that Shilajit consists of a complex mixture of organic humic acids and plant metabolites that occur in the rhizospheres of rocks in its natural environment. This natural phytocomplex is known as Shilajit and has antioxidant properties.

The high content of fulvic acid and the unique compounds in Shilajit provide numerous health benefits, including:

  1. Reduce stress, promote better sleep, and maintain endurance.
  2. Balance hormones and support longevity.
  3. Reduce pain, inflammation, and detoxify heavy metals.
  4. An effective remedy for patients with arthritis.
  5. Shilajit has positive effects on the digestive system, treating ulcers, controlling harmful bacteria, and alleviating stomach pain caused by the H. pylori bacteria.
  6. Treat allergies.
  7. Combat malnutrition.
  8. Address anemia.
  9. Support bone health in cases of osteoporosis.
  10. Shilajit also shows potential in the fight against certain types of cancer cells. One study found that Shilajit helped promote the destruction of cancer cells in the liver, while also preventing their multiplication.
  11. Boost cardiovascular health.
  12. Enhance male reproductive function and treat male infertility.
  13. Provide strong support for individuals with diabetes.
  14. Restore energy in those who are weak, fatigued, or sluggish.
  15. Especially beneficial for men in improving sperm quality and enhancing performance in intimate matters.
  16. Shilajit also delivers similar benefits for women.

However, due to its high content of fulvic acid, individuals with a predisposition to gout may notice an increased risk of developing gout after consuming it. Research suggests that Shilajit is safe for long-term use as a dietary supplement.
